Role 💻

  • Ideate, validate, execute, ship, and get customer feedback for features that make the lives of employees at product-led companies better. We are looking for generalist problem solvers who don’t use the hammer of machine learning for problems that are not nails. Roughly, you’ll be helping to automate tedious and boring parts of product management so that PMs can do their job more effectively. There is a deep well of value for us to draw from for product teams by leveraging statistical methods on incoming streams of customer data (user interviews, feedback, customer chat logs, etc).
  • Develop and use your skills as a mentor and leader.
  • Build maintainable, modular systems and guide the architecture of the company.
  • Work with partnerships with companies like OpenAI on key experiences.

Requirements 🛂

Experience: 2+ years of experience building statistical and machine learning models from classical and highly explainable models to SOTA deep learning models. Must have experience with both the standard machine learning toolkit (scikit-learn, NLTK, SpaCy) and a machine learning framework like PyTorch.

Technologies we use: Python, GPT-3, TypeScript, GraphQL, Kubernetes, AWS. We’re agnostic to the back-end language you want to develop as long as you can go fast. We lean heavily on third-party APIs and libraries for shipping code quickly and correctly.

Nice to have: experience with GPT-3 or similar models, excellent Googler 🤫

Non-negotiables: Sense of humor.
